How long does it take for my order to be sent to the shipping company?

Your orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. 

How long does delivery take?

The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping.

How much is delivery charged?

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping zone and the country. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page.

Where Is My Order?

You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and e-mail.

You can also locate your tracking information in your Tomato account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’ORDER ’’ to access your order history/status details. 

You can also click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.

How can I track my order sent to shipping company?

After your order is sent to the shipping company, you will be informed by SMS and e-mail and given your ‘’Shipping Code’’.

 After logging in, click ‘’Username’’ on the right side of the homepage and then click on ‘’Orders’’ to check your order status.

 Besides, after placing your order, you can click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order

Can my order be delivered by courier to my address?

You can check to see if your home country is on the shipping list.

As we cover all postcodes in Egypt, we have door to door delivery.

What is a tracking number?

Tracking Number is a code that enables you to track your order status.  

Which shipping companies do you work with?

This varies depending on your delivery country and location. Our contracted shipping companies: Aramex.

What should I pay attention to when I receive my order?

- Before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked. If it has, please do not accept the package and request a claim form by the freight company. Once complete, kindly inform us of the situation by contacting our Customer Service department.

- If after receiving the package, you realize that there is a product missing;

  1. You should contact the delivery company and inquire about the cargo claim form. 
  2. You should then E-mail us through [email protected], or call the customer service number.

My order was delivered, but I was not at home. What can I do?

If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be returned back to the main office, and you will be informed.

Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?

Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time.
