Great, your order has been placed! Do I have to register for shopping? We have Guest Checkout shopping is available for customer who don't wish to register for an account. However, registering with us will help you be informed of latest offers & promotions, easy return and tracking as well as fast ordering. Can I add and remove items from my order? You can add and remove products freely from your basket before completing your order by clicking the (X) sign. After the order has been completed, you can contact our Customer Service Centre and if your order status provides the necessary conditions, you can add or remove items. You can contact our Customer Care Centre for further information. How can I use my Basket? Your Basket is where all the items you loved and added for purchase can be views, as well as the shipping fee, subtotal and total breakdown. You can also apply the desired promo coupon code there as well. How long do the items stay in my basket? Items will remain in your basket as long as they are in stock. If an item is out of stock it will be automatically removed, you can add it again once back in stock or replace it of another item of your choice. How can I check if an item is in Stock? Once you click on a product of your interest, sizes available will be clickable for you to add to your basket. In the case the item is out of stock, a pop up "Notify When Available" is available. My order did not go through, but I have been charged for it. What can I do? If an error occurred while you are making your order, but still have been charged. You can track your order status in 2 ways! 1- Log in go to your account and click on your user name in the upper right corner and click on the 'Orders' button. You can check the order status of current and old orders here. 2- Or Click on "Where is my order?" button on the homepage after completing your order to track its status. If you are not registered, you will receive a tracking link along with your order dispatch confirmation email / SMS. I don`t have an account, how can I track my order? You will receive an Order Tracking link along with your Order dispatch email to keep track of your order. What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged item? We will work on fixing any defect from our end right away. If it happened that you received a damaged or a defective item, please email us to [email protected], with your Order ID, Defected Product ID, and Full Length, Close-up of defect & interior- exterior labels and tag photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team will follow up the return of the item to us, once received and the faulty is confirmed, we will refund you the amount of the faulty items.
